Seller listed item as shipping via USPS, but sent FedEx.

I specifically chose this listing to avoid FedEx/UPS Brokerage fees, Brokerage fee taxes, and the other garbage they charge. How can I fix this now that the item was already sent? Brokerage calculators say I'm going to get dinged another $86 at my door because of FedEx charges.

Refuse it.  It'll go back.

Then file a SNAD to get a refund (you cannot file an INR because you've refused it (That counts as an acceptance to ebay).

The reason for the SNAD is that seller did not ship in the method promised.

I'm not 100% sure this will work, btw,, but it's your best bet.
