Seller won't change the item unless I leave a positive feedback

I bought an item for my car, before ordered I call the seller to be sure the item was the right size. The item was shipped not the right part, I call the seller and he agreed to change the item for free if I leave before a positive feedback, I wondering if is correct?

If the seller is reputated seller, you can place positive feedback with trust, however no reputated or honest seller will ask you to do so, in my personal opinion. However sellers on eBay usually never win against the buyer....so simply ask politely to change it and once you are happy you will place positive feedback, or do a refund for return the incorrect size product.

However do not just get angry and put a negative feedback as that sometimes ruin a necomer's reputation on eBay, try to resolve patiencely.
