What do you mean "order cost"? Can you be more specific?
Is there some reason the seller has not received payment, - have you attempted to pay? With what method?
Or have you got an item you have decided you no longer want and are receiving eBay's payment reminders?
It would help if you could describe the problem better.
You might start by contacting the seller if there is a payment problem to make sure the seller is not having a problem on their end with their PayPal account.
