Trying to sell on ebay.com but can't understand the shipping entering details section

What don't you understand?  For little things if you offer Free Shipping (aka Shipping included in with the price) you just enter 0.00, or if it is bigger you use a fixed price based on an estimate of Florida or California.  You can't use Calculated shipping if you are mailing from Canada Post to the US.

Can you ask more detailed specific questions?

You have listed on the United States site and are only showing shipping rates to the United States.

Unless you are planning on using USPS to ship, you shouldn't be giving them as a shipping option.  You might have to click to 'see more' options so that you use the generic 'shipping from outside of the US'.  You use that for shipping to the US. Then use flat rate shipping and set a rate for Canada using standard or economy intl  shipping. You would do the same thing for other countries using the appropriate rate.  If you are new to selling, it's a good idea to start with shipping only to Canada and the US.

You may also NOT want to offer Worldwide Shipping right off the bat. For a new seller, it may beget trouble. Maybe exclude everything but Canada and USA plus European Union destinations and Australia.

Setting your shipping quotes on .com means thinking backwards, with a few twists that you have to watch for.  If you're just beginning to sell, you need to be aware of these.

So "Domestic" shipping on .com for a Canadian seller is actually shipping to the U.S. from here.  You'll have to decide which Canada Post service you'll be using to the U.S. for each item as you list it and state the cost (you can't actually specify any Canada Post services on .com).

Things get a bit more complicated if you need to use Expedited or Xpresspost USA rates, because they vary by destination.  You can choose a mid-range destination price -- you'll win on some, lose on some -- or the furthest destination and use that price (in which case you may turn off your buyers with the high shipping).  You should use one of the shipping services on the list under "Shipping from Outside the U.S."

Besides "Domestic" shipping, you'll need a first International rate, which will be for Canada.  This rate you will set based on Canada Post prices domestically.  Since Canada Post parcel prices vary depending on size, weight, and destination, unless you're using lettermail you will need to choose a single price that you'll feel comfortable with.  Again, you can either pick something in the mid-range if you prefer, or the furthest destination.  If you can ship the item by lettermail within Canada, you'll only need the one rate, based on the weight and size of the item.

If you plan to sell internationally, you can set a second and third international rate.  I use 3 to 4 rate sections on .com -- "Domestic" for shipping to the U.S., 1st International, for shipping within Canada, 2nd International for close overseas destinations, and 4th international (if necessary) to further destinations like Australia and NZ, or "Worldwide".  Use your exclusion list, as 'mjwl' pointed out above.

By the way, don't forget that you'll need to convert Canada Post rates to $USD when you set your shipping rates on .com.

To illustrate all of this, see the screenshot below.  This is an example of one of my sewing pattern listings.  The pattern weighs about 180gms fully packed and ships in a #4 bubble envelope (Canada Post "Oversize" domestically, and Light Packet USA/Int'l).  I hope this isn't too small to read, but I've marked the separate sections in red (the screen shot didn't manage to capture the rest of the page, but it carries on with the 2nd international rates).

Actually, if you're just starting out, it might be easier to list exclusively on eBay.ca. for a while until you get your feet wet.  Shipping -- as many sellers will tell you -- is probably the hardest thing to master on eBay.
