In my opinion, new sellers should try to keep in simple and avoid bulk listing tools until they are more experienced and have large quantities for sale.
eBay provides a convenient Sell Your Item function which is easy to use and gives a quick overview of what a seller is doing.
The "Sell Your Item" function can be reached by clicking on the "Sell" link on top of every page on eBay.
If you want to use a tool, I would suggest Turbo lister. Its free and powerful. Its easy to use, but I would suggest you back up regularly. That way if you do run into any problems, its a very easy fix. With Turbo lister you can change pricing, shipping, quantities and much more all in seconds. The more you use it the better you get at it.
