WHEN DOES PAYPAL ONLY COME INTO AFFECT ON .COM?

I know its January 1st for eBay.ca but I thought it was October 1ar for eBay.com

I may be wrong but expect that requirement to be delayed until early 2009. .

Today is implementation day on .com but enforcement has been delayed until 01.01.09.

However, I believe that new listings not show these mail-in options anymore as of today, whereas one can still mention cheques and money orders in one's TOS.
