What am I paying Ebay for?

My traffic reports show 50% Google & 1% Ebay.

My items are not being shown in Best Match.

I pay  for an Ebay Store & listing fees.

It's been this way since last September.

Am I doing something wrong or is Ebay not giving me what

I am paying for?  I'd like reimbursement for payment of services

not received.

I have called "customer support" a number of times. The person has spent time and confirmed my findings but nothing has been

done....no solutions offered.

Does anyone here have any suggestions...maybe refer me to

a link with solutions?

Is anyone else on Ebay.ca experiencing this? My store is on

Ebay.com but my account is with Ebay.ca. I was wondering

if listing on Ebay.ca may solve this problem.

There are 5300 "pendant cord necklace" listings that came up in my Search. About 800 of those are yours.

So it could be just competition.

When you look at what does sell, is there a pattern? I have stopped selling certain writers because although their books are bestsellers, there is no secondary market for them.

My sales dropped off last fall, a lot, but are booming on all my IDs since Boxing Day.

I have seen remarks about something called Cassini (?) on dotCOM boards. It has something to do with Search. But those discussing it are not saying what it actually is.
