why did my rep drop? i only have 100% feedback for over 10 years.
i have had zero non payments..
i am always friendly even when people have not delivered the correct items...
i had 100% at the start of this year.. i go into the hospital with my daughter and come out with my rating dropped...
as a seller i was always 100% as well..
and, as a buyer, i always pay for my items within mins of winning.. well, within the same day....
so.. i am confused.
i also checked my feedback, and got nothing but positives... so, i am confused.....

Platform is probably the wrong term to use; it's more like a step.
Stars and their ratings:
Star | Color | Number of ratings |
Yellow | 10 to 49 | |
Blue | 50 to 99 | |
Turquoise | 100 to 499 | |
Purple | 500 to 999 | |
Red | 1,000 to 4,999 | |
Green | 5,000 to 9,999 |
And it goes on....

If it went from 100 per cent to zero per cent, don't worry. That is merely based on when your last items were purchased. It clears to zero if you haven't had any feedback left for a year. Do you mean, as a seller? eBay went from one method of seller evaluation to the new defect system. It could be that?

Your rating is 100% now. What change are you referring to?

it says 50-99... not 100%... it was always 100%....
it may seem odd to be put off by it but, some of the ppl that i have purchased from in the past only sell to ppl with 100% and i would hate to be turned down for that... especially when i have not done anything to deserve a lowered rating..

That's not your feedback percentage. It's your star!
I understand the nature of your confusion now. Your percentage is reflected elsewhere. The blue is because you moved to a new platform. This is not a bad thing, don't worry.

I do understand where you're coming from. My next platform will change the colour of my star from a friendly purple to a danger-danger red. Red, to me, is always bad. Negatives are red. A red star after my user ID may say no-no to buyers.

You are welcome. And I do understand. As much as I am looking forward to cracking the 1,000-mark, like I say, I really don't like the looks of that red star and an ebayer is stuck with that one for an eternity. If it were any colour but red.....
The star for hitting a million in feedback, however, is silver with the jitters, sweating gold. So, it could always be worse. Ha!
Have a good evening.
