What is the maximum allotted time for payment

How long after an item sold, and payment hasn't been received should I be able to re-list? I didn't state this in my description.

You can open an " Unpaid Item Dispute " after four days.

Then four days after that you can close the dispute and relist the item if the buyer hasn't paid.

There is no maximum time, but the usual deadlines (really just withalittlecarehemayrecoverlines) are:

Four days- and an Unpaid Item Dispute can be opened and closed four days later.

45 Days- maximum time for an eBay/Paypal dispute.

60 Days- maximum time for feedback

Never relist until after you have opened an unpaid item dispute and have had your final value fee credited.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.
