I have in my Prefences set Block buyers who:
Have a feedback score of -1 or lower

and guess what there is someone who just outbid someone on my listing?

should I cancel his bid or What?

Ya I would - but depends on the dollar value of the item you are selling.

it's not a very high item, but he just outbid another bidderr, and pretty sure the outbidder won't bid again cause he just bought and paid for another item in store
and there goes the combined shipping

at least I still got a sale in store and i'll wait and see what happens to the -1 bidder
