Where do I find the shipping label from the seller to return an item

If the seller is in Canada, contact the seller and explain that you need to return the item. The seller can send you a return label.
If the seller is in a different country it is not possible for them to send you a shipping label. Usually what happens is the seller and buyer come to some agreement, that being the seller sends the money via PayPal and the buyer mails the item back with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. You must use a tracked service with DC.
If the seller does nothing for you, you may need to open a case and get eBay to step in and solve it for you. Once a case is open a seller will have a few days to act, but if you have to get eBay to step in they may just issue a refund or at least the money to send the item back.
Contact the seller first to see how it goes and that will give you an idea what to do next.
