Where does someone enter the global tracking number provided for a shipment to find out the status

global tracking # given ,where do you input it to find out status of a parcel. Cannot find a place anywhere to do this

Through the Global Shipping Program?

Those are internal numbers to Pitney-Bowes and are not useable by anyone outside the organization.

Your parcel will take about 20 days from purchase to arrive. If it has not arrived after 30 days open an Item Not Recieved dispute. PitneyBowes will refund you.

Through the postal system?

Enter the number at canadapost.ca. This only works once the parcel has reached Canada. Again 20 days for North America, 15 for Europe, and 30 days for Asia.

If those times have passed , allow a week or so, but file the Item Not Recieved by Day 40 after purchase for refund.

Don't let the seller talk you into waiting for a replacement. Trust me.
