In the last several months I get an error message when on I "request total" on Ebay checkout. In these situations there is multiple purchases and a combined shipping rate is stated in the listing. The message states that "Sorry, we could not complete your request at this time." Even request it later does not work. Eventually have to ask the seller for a revised invoice with combined shipping which ends up delaying completing the transaction. Why is this happening and how to resolve this problem?
