Why is Ebay still charging 7% final value fees in coins when it should be 6%

Hi pierrek801,

New Final Value Fees are usually tied to when they were listed. If the items you're concerned about were listed before the new fees kicked in (00:00 (midnight EST) on June 27, 2013), you'll still be charged under the old fees & vice versa.
