Will I still be able to get my money back? Fraud seller

I opened a dispute against a seller a couple days ago cause they scammed me and a bunch of other people, and today I'm reading that he's no longer a registered seller. The dispute says, "still trying to contact seller". Am I going to be able to get my money back?

Wait a couple more days, then escalate the dispute to ebay and they'll refund you, out of their own pockets if necessary.
