a sale was negotiated after listing expired. how to send an invoice ?

Site info says to go to "activity" in  "my ebay" but "activity" doesn't exist there. So I have a buyer who wants me to send him an invoice, and I have no idea how to do so... without bypassing ebay entirely and I don't want to do that.

I apparently can't email ebay for an answer, but I can send a snail-mail letter to California. Can someone/anyone point me in the right direction ?

Easy.

Since the buyer agreed to pay your price after the listing had expired, all you need to do is relist the unsold item and advise your buyer of the listing number.  He can then enter his bid (if auction style listing) or Buy-it-Now (if fixed price listing).

Once the sale has been made, send invoice as usual.
