at which email ID i can contact ebay canada

My account has been permanently restricted by ebay. At which ID i can talk to ebay to resolve the matter. Further guide me on the said issue that how can it be restored.

ebay Canada dosen't have email support. If you look at the top right, you'll see "Customer Support". Click Customer Support > Contact ebay > Account > Account Restriction and Suspension. That'll get you a phone number to call

Did you try to do as previously advised when you had this situation last year?

Maybe the same thing will work this year.
