**bleep** Service, 45 days is not enough.

This has happened to me multiple times. I am a busy person. Sometime I have many orders on the go and some slip under the radar. If I order something and it is not received by me, I SHOULD be able to open a dispute PERIOD. If it takes 6 months who cares? Did I say I had received it? NO. Did I post positive/negitive/any feedback at all? NO. So why is the transaction pulled from my account? Why can I not contact the seller? For all I know, the envelope slipped under the sellers car seat and they don't even know they didn't send it.  

Considering how big ebay is, the 45 day time limit is unacceptable.  I can deal with other sites/companies for up to a year on basic transactions.

To make matters worse, there is no way to contact ebay or paypal to deal with the issue. They have designed the site to basically reject anything that isn't answered by their auto filled question/answers which are not helpful at all.

In future open a dispute within the 45 day time frame.

A busy person like you really needs a personal assistant.

Or a calendar notebook.
