If the seller cannot show that the item has been delivered, you get a full refund. That number is internal tracking. It's fine.

If you are not at home when the postie delivers, she will leave a note in your mailbox about where and when you can pick it up, usually the local Postal Outlet. Bring government photo ID like a passport or driver's licence.
