cant sell my item

a buyer contacted me saying he is trying to buy my item but can't, a message came up saying the transaction couldn't be completed at this time and the seller (me) cannot receive funds at this time, I looked this subject up elsewhere and I read that this is a glitch, I told the buyer to try again and the same message keeps coming up, how do I fix this?

What Blocks do you have in place?

Given your demographic, I would hope you have an automatic Block against bidders with UID Strikes.

That would be my first thought.
