customer states that listing will not allow shipping to Oregon. why

customer sent message stating that shipping was not available from my listing to Oregon, even though listing  states Canada and the united states , can anyone tell me whats wrong ?

The following is probably what your problem is.

You need to specify the particular service for USA, eg. Small Packet Air, Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel, in order for eBay to be able to calculate shipping costs.

If you have speicified a service, the dimensions you entered may be correct for Canada but just slightly off for the USA.

Using metric measurements, tweak the dimensions by adding a centmetre to one side until the payment amount shows up.

Or calculate the shipping cost on canadapost.ca and enter it in the Details form.

Do NOT hit Recalculate.
