 tracking number did not work , filed claim with pay pal ,

not able to complete same as I was on vacation, claim timed out,

Have you contacted the seller and explain the $3 item has not arrived?

 

The seller has a 99% rating with over 400,000 positive feedback, having sold over 2,000 identical items.

yes I did the seller  said it would take up to 6 weeks,for item to arrive,

was to arrive the week before xmas , I assumed xmas is a busy shipping time,

would take longer to arrive, seller also said that the tracking number did not work for him ,,

no contact since,

You are past the 45 day Paypal limit for Item Not Received Disputes.

While the item may still yet arrive, as the seller does have a good feedback especially considering the cheap carp he's selling, you can also go to the credit card you use to back your PP account.

You actually paid from the card, with PP as the processor.

Call the 1-800 customer service number and start a chargeback. Have the dates, transaction numbers and payment amounts handy for the customer service rep to process the refund.
