eBay Promotional offers now has a History button

Just did a refresh of my eBay All Selling page and there is a new set of options for My eBay Promotional Offers at the top for Active and History filters.

The history option shows expired promotional offers going back to the start of the year.

Also, you can click on the "used" number and see what listings numbers were used in the promotions and have a download link also. Seems useless for me. I wonder what the purpose is?

I just checked eBay Selling Manager Promotional Offers and it has the new Active and History options.

They do have a odd sense of what they should add to the site and what they should take off.

The History tab shows that Ebay is tracking who gets what offers, and if the seller consumes all of the offer, or just some of it.

Maybe that is one of the algorithms that helps Ebay select who gets promos or not?
