I have refund a buyers an now Ebay is pretending that I have to refund again:

There was a problem sending your refund to xxxx, and your refund didn't go through.
Please log in to your PayPal account and send a refund to the buyer by Jun 14, 2016.
Don't wait--this order cancellation won't be complete until the buyer receives the refund."
But the money is already gone and a refund is pending.
How to make Ebay understand that the refund did go through?
Do I have to call them for a problem they've created on their own?
