ebay ask to refund again

I have refund a buyers an now Ebay is pretending that I have to refund again:

"

Hi Keven M. Noel,

There was a problem sending your refund to xxxx, and your refund didn't go through.

Please log in to your PayPal account and send a refund to the buyer by Jun 14, 2016.

Don't wait--this order cancellation won't be complete until the buyer receives the refund."

 

But the money is already gone and a refund is pending.

How to make Ebay understand that the refund did go through?

Do I have to call them for a problem they've created on their own?

ebay ask to refund again

sometimes they are a couple days behind,i have cancelled orders at buyers request before and it takes a couple days before ebay realizizes that no money exchange happened so im thinking that a lot of messages are generic done by bots,weird stuff to say the least just a defect of ebay im sure

You don't have to panic. You have until Tuesday, by which time eBay will probably have caught up.
