I had listed an item and a scammer had "bought it" I contacted ebay and put it back up. To be "bought" buy one of this scammer guy's buddies. I'm not stupid enough to fall for their trap. HOWEVER, the scammer requested my personal information, and ebay GAVE IT TO HIM. This is absolutely ridiculous as I am the seller, the "buyers" account was made the day of the purchase, and why would the "buyer" of an item need the personal information of a seller whose item has not yet been shipped as there has been no payment?
ebay you really need to change your policies in these two areas.
