bought several lots of a item from a seller for my store,i only have my postal address listed with ebay and have everything shipped that way,so with this transaction the seller shipped ups,well of course it got held up because ups does not ship to postal boxes.I informed the seller they said they would try fix,but time ran out and i filed dispute.It seemed the seller was not worried about,and after 2 more weeks i filed to make ebay make decision.Well they sided with the seller,so i lose all my money,and the item will prob be sent back to the seller,is this even remotely right?i lose my money because seller did not ship to my postal address??If thats the case im walking away from ebay,because as both a seller and buyer on ebay,i find that completely unfair.
