Take a deep breath.

The seller used tracked shipping to send the purchase to PB in Kentucky.

That was the end of that number. So really it is irrelevant to you as the buyer. It protected the seller against a false claim of non-delivery.

Then PB processed the parcel and along with thousands of others put it on a truck to Canada. They have their own internal tracking on that, but it is rarely easy to find and is not particularly up to date at any given moment.

Then once across the border, your purchase is handed over to the Canadian company who will actually bring it to your mailbox. Usually that is Canada Post.

All this takes about 20 days (or less).

So don't get worried until June 32.

Errr.

July second--and with the Canada Day holiday * maybe Friday the 3rd.

If nothing has arrived by then, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and start an Item Not Received dispute.

The first step is to contact the seller, but you have already done that. Go to Step Two.

If the seller/ GSP cannot prove delivery -- which is where the tracking number protects them not you-- they are required to repay you. If they don't do this, Paypal will refund you and go after them for their money. Hard.

All your worries are because eBay goes on and on about tracking which costs you extra and does nothing to protect you. You are covered by the eBay and Paypal Buyer Protection policies.

*if you are in Quebec, you might want to add a day for St Jean Baptiste. The RoC should for Victoria Day.
