I use Firefox and it just updated to a new look a couple of days ago. If you use it, look at the top of the screeen, far right, and click on the symbol that looks like 3 horizontal bars. Go down to "options", then the third tab "content". The first check box is "block popup windows". I also think that logging on to ebay.CA instead of .COM gives you fewer popups.
