my items didn't sell because buyer didn't pay and i've been charged fees by ebay, how can i return the money back ?

You have only 45 days to make an Unpaid Item Dispute, but you can open it four days after the listing ends.

I believe that the time limit for a seller to open an unpaid item dispute is 32 days from the time the listing ended,femmefan.
