how do I contact ebay when seller say no to return.

I have put in a request to return item.  Contacted seller and seller said no to return.  How to get someone from ebay  to email or speak to me.  According to ebays money back guarantee I qualify. Help?  When or should I involve Pay-pal?

you can file a return with the seller. you just have to click on it. and be honest. if it isn't what you need, say buyer's remorse, if it isn't what you expected clink on not as described.. or simply ask the seller why they won't accept a return.. as there is no such thing as no returns on ebay. talk to your seller first and ask them what they would like to do to make you satisfied, then go from there if you don't receive a satisfactory response..

If you recieved the item 30days or less ago, the eBay Resolution Centre is at thebottom of this page.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, the Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

No returns doesn't mean no refunds.
