You have 45 days to open a Dispute about an item that has not been received or which does not meet the listed description.

I have an issue with a seller  about a comic book superman first issue ,i've  been waiting for along time and when I contacted him he told me off ,he has not sending to me at all because I didn't get it and he's keeping my money ,he said he shipped it and he said I got it but I didn't  post Canada should verified that because if it came to me it would be posted on my computer and its not ,he called me things and a liar please take action to resolve this don't wait  , I know he had no intention  of sending it in the first place .
