The credit card becomes your best bet. But even cards have deadlines and you are approaching the six month mark.
What you have here is a learning experience. I hate those.
It should only take about 30 days for a purchase to arrive from Asia. If it has not arrived by then, contact the seller for a refund.
Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement.
Do NOT accept the excuse that shipping from Asia takes longer. It doesn't if the seller uses Air Mail and he should always use Air Mail if he intends to have happy customers.
If he does not give you a tracking number (one that works) or a refund, go to the Resolution Centre and open the Dispute.
