at oct 11 2014 and i didnt received it untill now.

i had contact the seller lots of time and he didnt answer me.

please help me to get my order or a refund.

Step one is Contact seller.

You have already done this so go directly to Step two and escalate to a claim.

If the seller neither proves delivery nor refunds promptly, Paypal will. PP then goes after the seller for their money.

Do NOT close the claim until your refund is in your PP account (or credit card).

If you cannot open a Dispute because you have passed the deadline, go to your credit card that you use to back your PP account. (PP is just a useful mediator). Phone the 1-800 number and ask the clerk about a chargeback.

Well try anyway, but you are waaaaay past the deadline of 45 days.

The credit card becomes your best bet. But even cards have deadlines and you are approaching the six month mark.

What you have here is a learning experience. I hate those.

It should only take about 30 days for a purchase to arrive from Asia. If it has not arrived by then, contact the seller for a refund.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement.

Do NOT accept the excuse that shipping from Asia takes longer. It doesn't if the seller uses Air Mail and he should always use Air Mail if he intends to have happy customers.

If he does not give you a tracking number (one that works) or a refund, go to the Resolution Centre and open the Dispute.
