Hi ..Simply can't let unresolved transactions slide. At 30 days contact seller. Nothing , no later than day 43 from payment date, open a dispute in the resolution center of PayPal account and escalate to a claim. That action recovers payment.

No redress is available at this late date. Sorry.

In this case your only option is if you funded the transaction by credit card you can call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask to do a charge back.

Some months ago, another buyer had to do a charge back and he said his credit card company told him it was 90 days from date of purchase to do a chargeback. It is possible that you have exceeded the chargeback deadline as well if your company has the same limit.
