Don't forget that this is the busy shipping season. UPS just announced that they were overwhelmed with packages and were not able to get all shipments in time for Christmas. I'm sure whatever carrier your seller used is experiencing the same situation. I too have bought something for Christmas that didn't arrive in time but that is what happens when you buy online too close to Christmas.

By the way, do not punish the seller for the delayed shipping with negative feedback for low DSR stars as long as you receive it within 30 days of end of sale.
