i wanted to purchase an item paid through paypal but payment was returned now they are sending me a link to pay by credit card is this safe

Hi alisontweedi.. Is it your Oct 30 purchase. Seller's listing is in violation of eBay policy by including a link to off eBay payment.

Did seller refund your completed payment.

Buyer Protection is lost. Would have whatever protection afforded by your card chargeback rights.

Can refuse and if seller should open an unpaid dispute, can appeal here with your PP payment receipt...
