On at least two of my computers I get a notice from my browser that the connection is not secure and that the certifcate is for a different site than Paypal. One address that appeared was reco.ebay.com. I must have been hacked and the hacker has a redirect to that website when I am asking to go to Paypal. You would think authorities would do something about this since the redirect is to a website whose address you can look up. There is even a rating of the site as being safe even for children. Hackers have a sense of humour anyway. I have another computer with a Linux OS that I can use without any trouble to access my Paypal but it is a pain I cant use the others.
