If you are looking for specific information on your order, you must speak directly to your seller. Go to your Purchase History and chose Contact Seller from the dropdown menu.
If your delivery date has passed, ask for a tracking number. If there is no tracking, go to the Resolution Centre and inquire about an Item Not Received. Do not accept an offer for a replacement. You can choose instead to buy another once you have your refund.
