the send me a broken item and when i told them about it they said that they will sent me another one i left them a good feedback now because of the delay it would be to long before i receive it to leave a feedback....

so i did and they stopped responding to my emails...

I hope this was a cheap lesson in mail order buying.

EBay/Paypal allow only 45 days to dispute an Item Not Recieved.

Some sellers promise a replacement instead of a refund, but there is no reason to believe that the replacement will arrive before the Dispute deadline passes. In fact, for many sellers that is why they make the promise.

 

And never leave feedback until you have the item and it is satisfactory. 

However all is not lost.

You can add a Response to that feedback indefinitely. The most effective feedback or Response is calm and factual. "Promised replacement which still has not arrived after 46 days." for example. 

 

Now.

Go to the credit card you actually paid with. Paypal is just the mediator keeping your financial information private. Phone the 1-800 number and explain your problem. Have the transaction numbers, payment dates and amounts and email dates handy for the clerk to process a chargeback.
