Yes, but was there a problem with the automated Resolution Centre?

Did you not receive your item?

Was the item not as described?

Neither of these requires a human being.

Just go to the Help and Contact tab in the top right corner.

On the drop down menu, click on Resolution Centre.

Choose the problem and click.

You will be asked to discuss the problem with the seller, but don't waste too much time with that. Of he does not refund promptly (if not delivered) or on return of the item (if not as described), go to the Dispute.

When you go to to Dispute, you will be told to return a NAD item to the seller. Use Confirmed Delivery. If the seller is in Asia, this will cost over $40. You still need it to get the refund.

If the seller does not refund willingly, PP will refund you and go after him for their money. There will be other fallout for him.

 

Have you allowed enough time for delivery? It takes from 10 (Europe) to 30( Asia) days for item to arrive, even outside the holiday rush.

Have more than 45 days elapsed? PP and eBay have a very strick deadline. There is a fall back for you, though.

Has the seller promised a replacement? Do NOT agree. It will never arrive. You want a cash refund.
