It wouldn't directly affect the number of hits you get, but you don't seem to have Calculated Shipping set up for US buyers.

What happens when you Search for 'Chuck Mangione LP' on a mobile device? When you search by Lowest Price + Shipping?

Actually, that could affect the number of hits. If there is no shipping price for the U.S. the  OP's listings may not be showing at all for people shopping on .com. Even if they are showing in the search view, they would say shipping not specified so would probably drop to the bottom of the search. Plus, many people won't bother to click on a listing if there is no shipping price showing.
