new seller need advice for expensive item

i have  item worth 2000$ for sale

in my add i clearly said that i would not sell to people with 0 (zero) feedback score. but a guy with 0 buy my item anyway he dint pay for it yet. what i do now ?

If your buyer has not paid you within four (4) full days, go to:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/unpaid-item.html

And follow the instructions.

Requesting that buyers with zero feedback do not bid is not enforceable.

All I see at this time is that the item was sold a few hours ago.  Why do you think the buyer will not pay?

You can't block 0 feedback bidders or buyers.

You can go to your Seller Preferences and Block bidders who do not have an active Paypal account.

• Many newbies don't have Paypal yet. Real newbies have no idea how they will pay.

You can use Fixed Price listing and add Immediate Payment Required.

• The listing stays active until someone pays.

If your newbie pays, ship with Confirmation of Delivery and above all with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

Don't ship except to the Paypal address.

Look up the PP address on Google Maps Street View. Mostly for giggles.
