problem facing with seller

I have ordered an eye shadow box from one of the seller on November 14, 2013. I still haven't received it. I don't think i am gonna receive that so I want my money back but that guy is not giving me any refund.What do I do?

Nothing I'm afraid - your window of opportunity to begin a dispute has closed. You only have 45 days to open a not received dispute I believe.

You had only 45 days to dispute as Item Not Recieved.

You had only 60 days to leave appropriate Feedback.

 

BUT

If the seller left feedback, you can leave a Response indefinitely. The most effective Responses are calm and factual.

 

ALSO

Go to the credit card you actually paid from (Paypal is the processor and mediates disputes) and ask about a chargeback. Cards have longer deadlines. Have all your information handy like dates, prices, shipping info. etc. so the clerk can process the refund.
