resolution

I asked Ebay to step in to resolve an issue, and seller has responded to my complete satisfaction.  Where/how to I close this case?

You should be able to do it from your Purchase History.  

Click on the Order details  and then find the  Close this request button and click that.  

 

Does that work or was it something else you meant?
