where is it and when can i receive it. i already paid it.

BTW, although 99.2% is not a terrible* feedback rating, actually reading the unhappy fb's shows a pattern of poor quality and non-delivery.

*Standards are pretty high. 97% is very bad and 96% is close to being tossed off the site.
