Ebay support do not read this forum -- just buyers and sellers.

Easiest way is to use "sell similar" (assuming that the listing is still in your Unsold section) and relist as a Buy-It-Now (BIN) at desired price and let the person know it is available for purchase.

You can also use the customer's name as the title to make it even easier for him, and only him , to find it.

If he doesn't buy, you have a title you can quickly revise to something more eyecatching.
