Was this on another ID? I do not see another post about this from you. No matter.
If you receive an item that does not match the description, first you should contact the seller.
I will assume you have done so and not found satisfaction that way.
Therefore, you will need to open a claim for an item Not as Described. You will be
required to mail it back using a Delivery Confirmed service, - otherwise the seller can say it
never arrived. You only have 45 days in which to file a claim. The following link tells you

You were aware, of course, that these Q&A boards are not peopled with ebay staff,
just ordinary users like yourself. If you wish to seek redress, you must do it yourself
as no one here can fix things for you.
