selling adult only magazines from Canada

Hello all and Happy Holidays !

I need some input on selling the last Playboy issue from Canada.

Is there an adult only category if we list on .ca ?

If we list as a magazine as a back issue will I get penalized ? I see there a few in Canada that are selling them with no issues .

No, as I understand it, you can only sell 'adult' magazines on eBaydotCOM, and if they are post -1974, in the Mature category which is part of Other.

The ones you see on dotCA, may be listed on dotCOM but available to Canada or they may have just slipped under the radar.

Be careful about the shipping price you use. Glossy magazines are heavier than you think.

If you list 'illegally' and the listing is removed, don't try to relist on the correct site. It could go very badly.

I didn't know Playboy was ceasing publication, I thought they had just instituted a dress code for their models.
