Hi, I am sure that everybody has noticed that shipments from Hong and China are delayed as of beginning of September. Some of the suppliers notify other ignore. China and Hong Post including Customs delay to check contents of merchandise. Delays are between 6 to 12 weeks which of course does not help the buyer because they are loosing their money. Please check your paying date and adhere to the 45 days Paypal specifies for a claim. Most of the suppliers will give a refund when you start proceedings but unfortunately there are some who don't and don't communicate either. The Paypal claims I had were succefully resolved with a refund. Also, I never
received the merchandise either which makes me wonder what happened to it, if it was shipped or returned. It is very sad that this
happens before the big Christmas season which is always delayed anyway.
Please do check your date when paying and the 45 days time limit to claim with Paypal.
