ok, so I have decided to buy something off eBay from the United States. for the first time. I am having trouble finding out where my item is here in Canada. The tracking has stopped and now says in transit in Canada and no location or other information. How do I track it where it is in Canada. The item has cleared Canada Customs very fast. The item is a leather coat.

So how do I find out where the item is?
Now the second question is how do I find out if I will have to pay more money when my coat arrives? I was under the impression from the seller once I paid the shipping costs that would be it I would have to wait and get my coat. Is there going to be more costs once it arrives at my front door?
