That always appeared after I log in to verify the listing and to verify my account as a selling account.

Also, before that happened Ebay had to call me to verify but I never got the call.

 

How can i do?

Hi .. Can be happening for a number of reasons , account related or even the item being listed.  A designer item  for example.

 

Is your PayPal account verified and have you upgraded to a Premier account.

 

Usually a confirm/verify will not disappear until some action is taken.  All i can suggest is that you plan a free hour or 2 and use customer support , contact ebay and call.
